HOW IT WORKS If your submission is selected, Fac3Type will schedule an initial consultation call to discuss your project in detail. From there, we’ll work closely with you to refine your typeface, ensuring it meets professional standards. You’ll also receive a dedicated profile page on our platform to showcase your work. Fac3Type will retain 50% of each font sale to cover ongoing hosting and marketing costs, with the remaining 50% going directly to you, ensuring that your creativity is rewarded and your design reaches a wider audience. Additionally, you will be tagged or mentioned in any marketing materials featuring your typeface, helping to amplify your visibility within the design community.
OTHER NOTES The original designer retains full copyright of their typeface design. By submitting your work to Fac3Type, you grant us the right to distribute, promote, and sell your typeface on our platform. However, all intellectual property rights remain with you, the designer, allowing you to retain control over your original creation. Our collaboration is focused on bringing your design to a commercial audience while respecting your ownership and creative vision.
